THE GREASE MONKEY INTERNATIONAL, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.244(a)(1)(ii), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1689582, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 2a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 16, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4517 N SHERIDAN ROAD, PEORIA, ILLINOIS 61614.
