29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: Employee(s) engaged in detail equipment cleaning operations on or about January 10, 2024, at AKRS Equipment Solutions, 73136 Hwy 75, Auburn, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards in that the equipment detailer was accessing the front platform of a combine at a height greater than 5 feet without any form fall protection.
