29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 13 Begonia Dr., Manalapan, NJ: Two employees were observed working at approximately twenty feet from the ground without fall protection. Employees were performing framing duties and standing on the on top of the second floor frame. Observed on or about 01/11/24. WBR Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1704682, Citation number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/29/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5 Amaryllis Drive, Manalapan NJ. 07726 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
