29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). a) East Paletown road location, Quakertown. On or about January 11, 2024, an employee was performing sewer line repair in a trench deeper than 5 feet in depth without sufficient protective systems in place to protect the employee from cave-in or trench collapse. No abatement certification or documentation required.
