29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition:  (a) At West Shop, Small Saw: On or about 01/10/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards in that a section of conveyor approximately 6-inches off the floor was guarding a cable which required employees to step over to walk from the small saw to the angle cutter control station.
