29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): The equipment was not inspected at least every 12 months by a qualified person in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.   a) New residential construction, located at Lot# 41 Pearl Street, Cumming, Georgia 30040: On or about January 13,2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while installing trusses, in that the employer is not performing annual inspections of the crane by competent person and did not inspect the crane and related equipment for deficiencies prior to the start of operations on site. No annual inspection was performed on the Kenworth Manitex 40124 truck mounted crane.  Vegas Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663680 citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at Millcroft  subdivision, Lot 73, Buice Crest Drive Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518.
