On or about 11th January 2024, at the back of the AmSpec St. Croix building, St. Croix, VI. In areas where flammables and combustibles materials were located, combustible materials such as wood, paper, oil waste, and general waste were observed located in the surroundings of LPG tanks, oil and petroleum waste tanks. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
