29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. Loading Dock One(1): On and/or before January 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the safety switch electrical panel was clear. The safety switch electrical panel had a GNB Stryten Energy EF Ferroresonant and a Ametek Battery-Mate 80 Forklift batterie(s) obstructing the safety switch electrical panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
