Oak Trafficway, Building #2, Gladstone, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the edge of the deck and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: Worksite located at 7508 N. Oak Trafficway, Building #2, Gladstone, Missouri- Employees were observed using equipment such as, but not limited to, saws and pneumatic nail guns and were not protecting their eyes by the use of any means of eye protection. The JMC General Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1621549, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12.27.2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 28 of the Venue, Raymore, Missouri.
