Ridge Rd. in Hesston, Kansas, employee(s) engaged in commercial construction activities were not provided with an eye wash station for flushing of the eyes and for immediate emergency use. Hazardous chemicals used onsite included but were not limited to Ultrafine Grout SD, which is corrosive.
