29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B):The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about January 23, 2024, the employer did not have an adequate hazardous energy control procedure for the Milacron MPS 725, (Machine 8826/SN- M6801AA020031), that required the employee completing the procedure to keep the key on their person, rather than having it tethered to the machine.
