29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (a)McGill Restoration Inc. at 301 South Main Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to January 22, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided information contained in Appendix D prior to utilizing the 3M tight fitting Half-Mask and Full-Face Mask respirators within the shop or field work sites. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with utilizing respirators.
