29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on fork and attachment adaptation, operation and limitations:  On or about 01/24/2024, in the work yard of an establishment located at 2658 Electronic Way in West Palm Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to a caught-between hazard when adjusting the forks of a rough terrain forklift prior to being provided initial training on the procedures for adjusting the forks.
