29 CFR 1926.152(a)(2): Flammable or combustible liquids were stored in area(s) normally used for the safe passage of people: a) On or about 1/24/2024 at a construction project located at 7000 Route 16, Franklinville, New York; on the first floor in the main vestibule near the exit, a 5 gallon can of mineral spirits was left in the passageway. The product is a flammable liquid and was in a main egress area. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
