On the 4th floor ceiling of building #1 at 1799 N. Williamson Blvd, Daytona Beach Florida 32117; the employer is exposing employees to fall hazards ranging from 6-40 ft in that employees working on the unfinished ceiling were not protected from falling by a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system.
