One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) SACMI Labeling Machine S/N 10311603 at 300 Coca Cola Rd., Montgomery, AL: On January 24, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that the rotating drum on the SACMI Labeling Machine was not guarded while employees were required to clean it.
