On or about March 28, 2024, the employer did not establish a baseline audiogram for an employee, working between the edger and head rig saw, who is exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level above 85 dB.  c.  On or about March 28, 2024, the employer did not establish a baseline audiogram for an employee, working near the edger, who is exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level above 85 dB.  d.
