29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- Building 7, Bordentown NJ: A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 21 feet 1 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a commercial structure's pitched roof while wearing a full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 02/08/24. b - Building 7, Bordentown NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a commercial structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 02/08/24.
