Condition observed on or about 02/08/24.  b - Building 7, Bordentown NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a commercial structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means.  Condition observed on or about 02/08/24.
