29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 56, 58, 60, 62 Morgan's Mill Road, Sicklerville NJ: A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 21 feet 1 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that was connected to rope lanyard that was not connected to an anchor. Condition observed on or about 02/27/26. b - 56, 58, 60, 62 Morgan's Mill Road, Sicklerville NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness whose connected rope lanyard was connected to the side of harness with a knot. Condition observed on or about 02/27/26. All County Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726912, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Building 7, Rising Meadows Development, Bordentown NJ.
