29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  Employees performing framing work are not being protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.  The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on February 08, 2024 at 816 Cherry Elm Drive, Saint Augustine Florida, during framing work, the employer exposed 3 framing employees to 20-feet and 10-feet fall hazards from the eaves in that they were not protected by a fall protection system while installing roof trusses to the top plate.  Osorio Brothers Carpentry, LLC.  was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575365, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 02, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1710 Carter's Landing, Lot 54, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
