29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Mobile Security Deployments, LRSH R2: On or about 01/09/2024, the employer did not ensure that the shoot house was kept clean and sanitary in that the day of the scheduled shoot, animal feces were present throughout thereby exposed instructors to biohazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Various locations throughout Live Fire Shoot House R2, on or about March 29, 2024 - All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Wipe samples documented the following amounts of lead: Room #1 Bullet Trap, 2.12 micrograms; Viewing Area Top of Room #3, 4.25 micrograms; Top Wall Room #1, 1.77 micrograms; Catwalk crevice above Room #1, 4.92 micrograms; and on ductwork above stairs of initial breach point, 2.33 micrograms. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
