JC Empire Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581197, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 980 Bluff Ave, Glencoe, IL 60022. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
