JC Empire Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581197, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 980 Bluff Ave, Glencoe, IL 60022. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
