On the roof, at a temporary worksite of a residence located at 289 Wooden Crossing Circle, Saint Augustine, Florida, 32084: On or about February 14, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 9 to 20-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while removing and installing roof materials. b.
