29 CFR  1926.153(o):"Damage from vehicles." When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic is a possibility, precautions against such damage shall be taken.  a)  On or about 02/15/2024, during construction at  Parkside Commons, located on 2067 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road, in Rochester, (Penfield) New York , the employer did not enforce safe prevention measures to avoid collision damage to LP-Gas systems (100 lb. propane tank) from construction vehicles delivering building materials and equipment.  Employees were exposed to fire and struck against/by hazards.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
