29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) In bay 11 and 12, employees performing CNC machining activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Trim MicroSol 690XT, which is a skin and eye irritant. Employees were exposed to these hazards because the employer did not make safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical readily accessible during each work shift.
