29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Jobsite located at 10975 Dutton Road Philadelphia, PA 19154: On or about February 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.  a)  A conveyor obstructed access to electrical panels 216, 217, and 218 behind "robot" palletizer machine outside filler area.  b) A chemical cart was placed approximately 17 inches in front of electrical panels 405, 207, 406 outside boiler room in the dry storage area.  c) A chemical cart and ladder were placed in front of electrical panel adjacent to chemical storage room in dry storage area.
