29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards at the following areas in that the electrical control panel boxes had not been labeled to identify the area and equipment/machine which it controls, to indicate their purposes: a) Square D General Duty Safety Disconnect Switch panel box without label at the Bin 24 House 1 area, outside of the main elevator. b) Eaton Heavy Duty Safety Switch panel box without label at the Bin 16 House 1 area, outside of the main elevator. c) Cutler Hammer Safety Switch panel box without label at the House 1 on the East side of the Work Floor area. d) Cutler Hammer Safety Switch panel box without label at the House 1 on the West side of the Work Floor area. e) Square D Heavy Duty Safety Switch panel box without label at the House 1 on the West side of the Work Floor area.
