29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer shall establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: At a facility located at 300 E Breed Street in Chilton, WI; the employer's Mechanical Integrity (MI) for the Process Safety Management (PSM) program did not establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of the liquid petroleum gas (LP-Gas) system's equipment when: a) Containers (affixed outdoor storage tanks) and piping containing propane and propylene required inspection and maintenance of the equipment's condition (gouges, dents, bulges, etc.) and their corrosion protection (paint). b) Water based fire protection systems (fire sprinklers) required inspection, testing, and maintenance in the PSM covered Fill Building.
