At 5909 NW 43rd Ave., Gainesville, Florida, on or about February 6, 2024, the employer lacked an emergency response plan prior to commencement of the roofing work to ensure serious injuries that required immediate attention recieved prompt and appropriate medical treatment. AB Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1516625, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13 Green Winged Teal Rd, Fernandina Beach, Fl 32034.
