29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were conducted by a competent person: (a) On February 21, 2024, and at time prior, at a residential construction site located at or Near 62nd Ave SE and S Washington in Grand Forks, North Dakota employees of a subcontractor installing roofing materials were exposed to a fall of over 6 feet when there was no proper means of fall protection being used.
