Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  On or about 02/23/2024, at the Doud Clubhouse, located on 898 Buffalo Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce the use of  fall protection, during the  dismantling and removal of the clubhouse chimney. Employees were exposed to fall hazards, while working 18 feet above lower levels without fall protection.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
