29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about February 27, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards on the east side of a house as a result of not having been provided training by the employer while  performing framing tasks.
