29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about February 13, 2025, on the south side of the roof under construction, an employee worked at heights greater than six feet without fall protection while framing a second story.  Briam Cano was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1730668, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12869 Giovanni Grajeda Ave El Paso, Texas 79928.
