At the jobsite, located at 10260 Bloomingdale Ave Riverview, FL 33578; On or about 2/27/24, the employer exposed employee to fall hazards, in that, a fall protection system was provided or utilized while working approximately 14 ft and 18 ft on the roof of a commercial building roof tops conducting TPO installation operations.
