29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone.                                                                                                             On or about February 27, 2024 and at times prior thereto and there after, in the fabrication department, employees reach into the 150-ton Komatsu press to remove metal material from the back of the press and were not provided with a tool to prevent the operator from placing their hand into the danger zone.
