29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Scaffold 1: On or about February 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately six feet from working on a scaffold that was not fully planked. b) Scaffold 2: On or about February 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately ten feet from working on a scaffold that was not fully planked. c) Scaffold 3: On or about February 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately seven feet from working on a scaffold that was not fully planked.
