29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On February 19, 2024, at 170 GTA Drive in Dickinson, North Dakota employees working in "Side B" on the Production Side of the Second Floor are exposed to an in-running nip point on the rotating chain conveyor that is not fully guarded.
