29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: (a) 650 W Colfax Ave Denver, CO; Third Floor: On or about February 29, 2024, and at time prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards in that immediate egress from the south side of the building was impeded by the distance between a railing and framing, measuring to be approximately 22 inches. (b) 650 W Colfax Ave Denver, CO: On or about February 29, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards in that immediate egress from the on-site general contractor trailer was impeded by the presence of various tools and materials being stacked in front of the exit at the back of the office.
