This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 21 feet.   Occurred on or about 2/29/24  Soft Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v) or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1652064, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/17/23, with respect to a workplace located at .110 Goldsborough Dr., Bayonne, NJ 07002

Soft Contractor Corp  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1675111, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/23, with respect to a workplace located at 909 N 26th St, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
