29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about March 1, 2024, the employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization resulting at the worksite within 24 hours of occurrence or the employer's knowledge of the in-patient hospitalization. The employer became aware the injured employee was admitted for hospitalization on February 29, 2024, and reported it more than 24 hours later on March 2, 2024.
