29 CFR  1910.215(a)(4):  Work rests shall be kept adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which may cause wheel breakage.  a) Tool Room: On or about March 6, 2024 and times prior to, the Stanley pedestal abrasive wheel grinder work rests were not adjusted to a maximum opening of one-eighth of an inch from the face of the abrasive wheels.  b) Tool Room:  On or about March 6, 2024 and times prior to, the bench mounted dual purpose abrasive and wire wheel machine was not equipped with any work rests.
