Note: The following appendices to subpart M of this part serve as non-mandatory guidelines to assist employers in complying with the appropriate requirements of subpart M of this part. a)Guarantee Roofing & Sheet Metal of South Dakota, Inc. at 4701 West Empire Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to March 5, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees conducting roofing activities on a commercial property were protected from falls by an adequate fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
