MEJIA ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(B)(11) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1619527, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (12/1/2022), with respect to a workplace located at 9220 wellspring Ave NW, N.
