29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: a) On or about 03/04/2024, in the production area; where two printer/slotter machines were operating without a guard to prevent access to the rotating slotter head. The guard for slotter head on Press 6 was not being used as a "guard rest/support" as it was recently broken, and the slotter head on Press 4 was not guarded. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
