29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the construction site located at 13211 21st St. Ct N., Wichita, KS, employee(s) engaged in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation activities were exposed to fall hazards in that employee(s) were working at a height of approximately 14 feet without the use of any fall protection. CM3, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634876, citation number 1 , item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1-30-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 316 Oak St., Newton, KS.
