Thereby, exposing employees to hazards associated with fire or other emergency evacuation hazards. b. Warehouse - On or about March 06, 2024, the warehouse South emergency exit door was blocked with a folding metal security door and reinforced closed using a metal rod. Thereby, exposing employees to hazards associated with fire or other emergency evacuation hazards.
