The following presses were in use and not properly guarded during the inspection: a) Accupress, Model No. 717514, Serial No. 13967 b) ACCURL, Model No. Genius Pro B43220, Serial No. 202210005

29 CFR 1910.217(f)(2): Operators were not trained and instructed in the safe method of work before starting work on mechanical power presses. On or about February 9, 2024, Arizon Companies, located at 2100 Walton Road in St. Louis, Missouri, exposed workers to caught-in-between hazards while working at the point of operation of an unguarded brake press. Two employees were inadequately trained on the safe operation of the equipment. The following presses were in use at the time of the inspection: a) Accupress, Model No. 717514, Serial No. 13967 b) Accurl, Model No. Genius Pro B43220, Serial No. 202210005
