On or about March 8, 2024, in the sanding shop, the 12 inch Sears Craftsman band saw used to cut pipe did not have the guard to cover the unused portion of the blade, exposing employees to laceration and amputation hazards. b. On or about March 8, 2024, in the machine shop, the IKEGAI Lathe did not have a chuck guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts c. On or about March 8, 2024, in the machine shop, all three BridgePort Drill Presses did not have guards, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts. d. On or about March 8, 2024, in the machine shop, the JET Drill Press did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts. e. On or about March 8, 2024, in the machine shop, the Powermatic Drill Press did not have a guard, exposing employees to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts. f.
