OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about March 8, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that industrial metal storage racks were visibly damaged with bent and twisted beams and columns, and damaged or missing anchor bolts in locations included, but are not limited to location Room 005, Isle 7-Odd, and adjoining isles. Frozen food items such as but not limited to popsicles were stored on multiple levels of the racking system.
